Kessingland is situated on Suffolks heritage coast and nestles between the busy port of Lowestoft and the secluded coastal town of Southwold, both of which have excellent beaches.

Apart from the unspoilt beauty of the area, there are many places of interest to visit, including Framlingham and Orford Castles, Kessingland Wildlife Park, The Otter Trust at Earsham, Somerleyton Hall, Fritton Lake ad Pleasurewood Hills.

A very comfortable cliff-top cottage, ideal for the young or the elderly. The cottage commands panoramic views and is surrounded by well kept lawns where children may play. There is direct, stepped access to the beach.

Entering the cottage through the enclosed porch, the accommodation consists of a large lounge/ diner with Sky Television, video recorder and comfortable furnishings. The well equipped kitchen has a full sized cooker, refridgerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and sufficient crockery and cutlery for a party of six.

There is a tiled bathroom with wall heater and shaver point

The main bedroom has a double bed with views overlooking the sea with access to a balcony.

There is a second comfortable bedroom which has 2 single beds. The third bedroom is on the ground floor with bunk beds, suitable for children. The whole cottage is heated throughout with electric wall heaters.

Direct access to the beach is via the steps. Ample free car parking in a private car park. Local shops are within easy walking distance and a large supermarket is a short drive away.

We require 20% deposit on confirmation of your chosen dates. The balance to be received by us one month prior to the start of your holiday.

Should you have to cancel your holiday, you should contact us immediately. If we are able to re-let the property you will only forfeit your deposit. If we are unable to re-let you will be held responsible for the full amount.

Guests should arrive at Gull Cottage no earlier than 2:00pm at the start of their holiday and leave by 10:00pm on the day of departure.
